| 摘 要： | 图书馆的决策和活动能够影响社会和环境，是图书馆承担社会责任的缘由。ISO 26000拓展了图书馆社会责任理论与实践的领域。详述ISO 26000各条款内容，阐述其对图书馆社会责任发展的意义。指出图书馆应从宣传教育、制定图书馆社会责任指南、加强规章体系建设等方面全面融入ISO 26000，以推动图书馆的社会责任实践。

| Abstract: | Library's decisions and activities can affect the social and environment because the library should take responsibility. ISO 26000 breaks through the present situation of theory and practice about the library social responsibility. This paper introduces the contents of ISO 26000, and discusses its impact on library social responsibility. In order to promote the practice of library social responsibility, the library should integrate ISO 26000 into its publicity and education, drawing up the guidance of social responsibility, strengthening the construction of regulations and system. |
