| Abstract: | With the development of our society, the traditional concepts and ways of life have change accordingly in universities, that is, the students' spare time has become more and more varied and colorful. So it's great importance for university students to engage in off_class sports and to make them aware of the significance of lifelong physical exercise. The paper intends to analyze the reforms in teaching of P.E. from the point of view of encouragement of off_class sports among university students. |
