| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法和访谈法对10个省(市)173名老年体育彩民的购彩心理和行为特征进行调查研究,并与2 350名非老年彩民的购彩心理与行为进行对比。结果显示:(1)老年彩民月购彩金额占月收入之比显著高于非老年彩民;老年彩民以购买乐透型和高频彩票为主,购买竞猜型比例较少;(2)老年彩民购彩动机主要为增加社会交往、丰富业余生活等,经常购买某一玩法的主要原因是简单易懂,而绝大部分家人默许或赞同老年彩民参与购彩;(3)老年彩民的购彩认知显著高于非老年彩民,比较认可彩票的休闲娱乐性和公益性,不太认可彩票的经济投资性;(4)老年彩民各方面的满意度均略高于非老年彩民,但其体育彩票设计、销售点和管理部门满意度得分仍有待提升。

| Abstract: | The psychological and behavioral characteristics of 173 elderly sports lottery buyers in ten provinces or cities were compared with those of 2359 younger buyers.It could be seen that the elderly buyers spent more on sports lottery than the younger buyers.They preferred to buy lotto-type,high-frequency lottery.They bought lottery for more communication with others and to kill time.Their family usually supported their lottery buying.They did not like to buy lottery for investment.Instead,they bought for entertainment and public welfare.They were generally more satisfied with the lottery issuing than the younger buyers.However,they were not much satisfied with the de sign,lottery selling stores and managing departments. |
