| 摘 要： | 通过对2001年江苏省青少年艺术体操比赛柔软组合比赛情况的统计，分析与比赛成绩相关的主要因素：年龄、训练年限、柔韧性、身体姿态、身体重心控制、左右侧柔韧的均衡性等，对提高青少年艺术体操运动员的柔韧素质提出了建议。

| Abstract: | This paper makes a detailed study of pliable combined movement in the 2001 Jiangsu Rhythmic Sports Gymnastics for Teenagers, analyzes factors related to the final results, including age, years of training, pliability, body gesture, body center of gravity, balance of pliability between the left and right sides, and provides suggestions on improving pliability of teenage Rhythmic Sports Gymnastics players. |
