| 摘 要： | 小鼠经腹腔注射０．３３ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的偏钒酸钠（ＮａＶｏ３），染毒第二、四、六周末每组随机取５只小鼠经股动脉取血，按常规计算血细胞及血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）含量的变化。结果表明：染毒第六周末，ＮａＶｏ２对红细胞（ＲＢＣ）影响最明显，各剂量组与对照组比较均有高度显著性差异（ｐ＜Ｏ．０１）。而白细胞（ＷＢＣ）明显减少仅见于３．０ｍｇ／Ｋｇ组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。血小板（ｐｔ）１．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ组均明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ｈｂ含量，染毒第二周末，各剂量组均降低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。第四、六周末１．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、３．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ有显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。呈现良好的剂量效应关系。

| Abstract: | Mice were injected intrapertoreally with Navo3 at 0. 33 1. 0 and 3. 0mg/kg, At the end of the 2nd, 4th and 6th week after infection, We take a sample of bloods from femoralis in five mice chosen from each group respiratively and calaulated the numbers of blood cells and the amounts of HB. The results shoned that effects of Navo3 on Rbc were the most obvious at the end of the 6th week, those of infected group were different remarkably in comparison with those of uninfected group. But the number of who decreased remarkably only in the 3. 0mg/kg group. The number of Pt decreased remarkbly in the 1. 0mg/kg and 3. 0mg/kg groups. Theamounts of Hb of each infected group were all decreased at the end of the 2nd week after infection. Othruise, at the 4th and 6th week after infection, the amounts of Hb of the 1. 0mg/kg and 3. 0mg/kg groups both decreased remarkably, it showed a good dose effect. |
