| 摘 要： | 随着21世纪知识经济时代的到来，科学技术突飞猛进，人才培养质量的竞争日趋激烈。面对新的形势和要求，我国成人教育长期沿用普通高等教育教材版本，已经成为影响教学质量和成教特色的重要因素。作者从成人高等教育教材建设所面临的形势分析了加强教材建设的重要性和紧迫性，又就近年来山东农业大学的成人教育教材建设的规划目标、实施步骤，论述了成人高等教育教材建设的可行性，阐明了加强成人高等教育教材建设的基本经验和基本做法、基本观点。旨在促进成人高等教育教材建设的步伐。

| Abstract: | With the arrival of the knowledge economy era in the 21st century and the rapid development of science and technology, the competition in talent education becomes intense. Faced with the new situation and requirement, the textbooks that have been used for a long time in adult education became the important factor influencing the teaching quality and characteristics. Under the condition of adult education textbook construction, the author analyzes the importance and urgency in the textbook construction, discusses its practicality according to the objective and measures of the adult education in Shandong Agriculture University, and illustrates the basic experience, methods and ideas. The purpose is to accelerate the pace of the adult education textbook construction. |
