| 摘 要： | 随着高校教学、科研水平的发展，其对档案服务的要求也越来越高。依托高校校园网优势，从电子文件归档、档案数字化建设及档案开发利用等方面加强高校档案管理网络化建设，可以进一步强化高校档案工作人员的服务意识，提高工作效率和质量。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of teaching and research work in universities, the requirements for archives services are getting higher. The network for archives management can be established and reinforced in terms of filing, digital construction and exploitation of the archives by taking advantage of the existent university network. The efficiency and quality can be further improved by reinforcing the service consciousness of the personnel. |
