校企共建校内数控专业生产性实训基地的创新与实践

摘    要:校内实训基地对高等职业技术院校学生工程实践能力的培养质量起着至关重要的作用,而工科高职数控专业的实训教学由于硬件条件所限,严重制约了学生专业实训效果。为解决这一突出矛盾,我们与企业合作,共建生产性数控实训基地:学校提供企业数控加工的相关设备及场地,把企业完整的数控加工过程引入实训教学,企业工程技术人员、技师和学校指导老师共同分工协作带领学生,使学生在真实的数控加工情境中,参与完整的数控加工过程,不但培养了学生的专业核心能力和创新能力,极大地调动了学生的学习积极性,收到了良好的实训效果。

Innovation and Practice of College-Enterprise Cobuilding for Intramural Productive Practical Training Base of NC Major

Abstract:Intramural productive practical training base plays a very important role for the training quality of engineering practical ability of higher vocational institute students.Hardware condition confines serious impact on practical effect of the practice teaching of mould professional in engineering vocational.In order to solve the prominent contradictions,we build productive NC training base cooperation with enterprises—the complete practice teaching NC machining process is introduced to the practical teaching with mold manufacturing equipment and sites provided by school;guidance teachers,engineers and technicians guide students with co-training by division of responsibilities.As students to participate in the full mold manufacturing process in real situations,the training model trained professional core competence and innovative ability,greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the students and received a good training effect.
