基于改进人工鱼群算法的航班进近服务优化

摘    要:为了减少管制员的工作量,需要对航班进近的服务次序进行优化,建立使得进近管制员的总服务时间最少的数学模型,降低管制员的工作负荷,减少平均航班延误量。以改进的人工鱼群法为核心算法,结合概率当中的"捆绑法"思想以及先到先服务原则,形成综合算法。仿真结果表明,此综合算法能减少航班平均延误,减少空中交通服务时间,从而减少管制员的工作量。

Improved Artificial Fish School Algorithm Based Optimization in Approach Service of Flight

Abstract:To reduce air traffic controllers' workload,optimization of the approach services is needed.Therefore,a new mathematical model,which can release controllers' workload,lower the average delay rate,and make the total service time the minimal,should be introduced.In this paper,the improved artificial fish algorithm,which is the main method,with the probabilistically binding theory,as well as the "first come,first serve" ideology,formed a comprehensive algorithm to be applied.And according to a simulated situation,this comprehensive algorithm is able to achieve the goal that reduce the controllers' worklord.
