| 摘 要： | 2007年5月7日中共中央、国务院发布《中共中央国务院关于加强青少年体育增强青少年体质的意见》．全国范围内掀起了开展阳光体育运动的热潮。这一运动产生的效果大家是有目共睹的，学生“动”起来了．校园也“活”起来了。但是随着时间的流逝，许多校园又恢复了往日的“平静”，一些学校的领导甚至对校园阳光体育运动的功效产生怀疑。笔者以为，在学校大力开展阳光体育运动．不但能增强学生体质，还能改善学生心态，促进校园和谐．在激发学生良好的兴趣爱好等方面都是有益的．

| Abstract: | Since the implementation of the policy on youth sports,a great upsurge of active sports arouses which makes students active and the campus vivid.To our dismay,many schools come back to the former ＂silence＂ and some school leaders even doubt the efficiency of active sports in campus,for they think that it is hard for the management with more time sports time. The writer thinks that active sports on a big scale in campus can not only strength students＇ physique and activate students＇ mind but promote harmonious campus and arouse students＇ active interests. |
