| 摘 要： | 走城镇化道路是世界各国经济社会发展的普遍规律,是人类社会走向现代化文明的重要标志。通过全面总结青岛市城镇化取得的成效,分析城镇化的特点和存在的问题,并根据青岛市目前所处的发展阶段,提出未来青岛市城镇化发展的价值诉求将由追求城镇化数量向注重发展质量与功能转变,支撑体系将由工业主导型向多元复合型转变,体制机制上将更加有利于城乡一体化,发展模式将由中心城市集中主导型向均衡集聚型转变。
