| 摘 要： | 近年来高校毕业生就业问题日趋严峻,从招收高职高专学生的院校所开设的专业问题入手,对若干院校管理、经济、人文类专业的毕业生就业率进行了比较和分析,认为开设专业同质化倾向与毕业生就业率的高低有着密切的关系。建议在专业设置上应该做到"人无我有"、"人有我优"和"自知之明",充分利用院校的行业背景,做到"校企合作",扬长避短,彰显优势和特色,不断调整和修正自己所设置的专业和方向,以保持高职高专院校长盛不衰的生命力。

| Abstract: | In recent years, colleges have been confronting with a severe situation of the employment of their graduates, and it has been the most important issue to be solved. The author plans to start discussions about specialties setting in those colleges and universities which are entitled to recruit higher vocational students. After comparing and analyzing the employment rate of graduates majored in management, economics and humanities in some colleges, the author thinks homogeneity-oriented specialties setting and the employment rate of graduates are closely related. Therefore, Author suggests colleges should take their existing type and features into consideration and make use of their industry background to link with industries, carrying forward their advantages and displaying their unique characteristics. They should also make constant efforts to adjust and modify their established specialties in order to gain unfading vitality and everlasting impetus. |
