知识型企业的人力资本投资机制研究

摘    要:知识型企业能否长期生存和持续发展的关键看其员工对知识的利用、创造与增值的能力。本文以委托代理理论为中介,研究知识型企业如何激励代理人对人力资本的投资,提出用职位提升机制和解聘机制来制约代理人行为,确保知识型企业在人力资源方面投入,形成知识型企业独特的竞争优势。

Abstract:The key for long term survival and sustainable development of the knowledge - based enterprises are the staff' s ability to utilize , create, and increase the knowledge. By using the principal - agent theory, this article studies how a knowledge - based enterprise to encourage its agents invest in human capital, and suggests to regulate agent behavior by using position - promoting/dismissing mecha-nism so as to ensure the investment of knowledge - based enteiprise in human resource, to form the special competitive advantage of the knowledge - based enterprise.
