| 摘 要： | 职业技能竞赛对推动职业院校教育教学改革，提升教师教学水平和提高学生的学习兴趣、职业能力都具有重要的意义，但过于重视职业技能竞赛也可能对职业院校的教育教学产生负面效应。因此，对于职业院校而言，应将职业技能竞赛与教育教学改革和建设结合起来，对竞赛项目和形式进行合理设计，在职业技能竞赛与教育教学改革之间建立其良性的互动机制。

| Abstract: | Occupational-skills-competitions can promote reform of vocational education, improve teaching skills, and encourage students＇ interest in their studies. However, it may have some negative effects on over-focusing these competitions. Therefore, with a combination of occupational-skills-competition and teaching reforms and reconstruction, a favorable interactive mechanism between competitions and teaching-reform of physical education should be established, and events and forms of competitions should be rationally designed. |
