| 摘 要： | 在法治背景下,我国奥林匹克标志的保护也应依法进行。根据我国立法,对奥林匹克标志的概念、范围以及相关的法律依据作了较全面的分析,同时结合司法实践,指出了有关侵权行为的构成和类型,并为之提供了一系列解决相关纠纷的途径,主要有协商、行政处理、法院诉讼。

| Abstract: | Olympic intellectual property rights should be protected by laws in the society ruled by law.The article analyzes the relevant concept and scope firstly according to the legislating.Then it points out the torts and constitution of such torts and provides ways to resolve relevant disputes. |
