| 摘 要： | 近年来,劳资纠纷愈演愈烈,成因种种。细加分析,不难得出劳动监察没有发挥其应有的＂短平快＂效能,暴露了法律失灵问题,反映出＂行政不作为＂的消极法律现象,各级劳动监察执法部门没有切实履行自身的执法责任,造成了累讼和司法资源的浪费,最终导致劳动监察在群众心目中失去公信力和威信。
