| 摘 要： | 国际体育法随着体育活动全球化的深入已进入快速发展的时期,未来国际体育法将在政府参与体育合作和国际立法、消除国家间体育壁垒和各类体育间的独立主义、加强体育商业化规制、反兴奋剂的立法和程序趋于人性化和程序公正、通过仲裁判例发展全球体育法等方面得到长足发展.

| Abstract: | With the deepening and rapid globalization of the sports activities,the International Sports Law will improve with regard to the governmental participation in sports cooperation and international legislation,the elimination of sports barriers between different nations and the independentism between different sports,the reinforcement of sports commercialization regulations and anti-doping legislation,and the Global Sports Law through arbitration. |
