| 摘 要： | 我国现有的学生体育权利的制度中,宣言性、原则性、概括性的条款内容占很大的比例,我们只能从其法律原则和精神理念上理解,而可操作性不强,尤其是许多有关学生体育权利的法律、法规中,对侵犯了学生体育权利的法律责任不具体、不明确.保障学生体育权利的实现,要加强学校体育立法工作,加强对学校体育法制的宣传和科学研究工作,加强法律监督,提高全社会对学生体育权利问题的认识. |

Consequent ly , t he school sport s legislation , t he pop ularity and t he researches of school sport s laws , t he legal supervision , t he social awareness of t he student s should be st rengt hened. |
