| 摘 要： | 理论上人们普遍地认为企业的核心业务不能外包，然而，市场并没有遵循这个规律向前发展，外界环境的变化使得许多企业正在考虑将自己的核心业务外包出去。章正是从这个矛盾出发，应用核心竞争力理论和价值链理论对企业的核心业务外包进行了深入的分析，对企业核心业务外包的决策进行了一定的探讨，同时结合国内外的实际情况考察了企业的核心业务外包现象。

| Abstract: | Theoretically core activities are not allowed to outsource in corporations, people, however, don't comply with the regulation actually. Changed environments promote many managers to consider outsourcing the core activities. Based on the contradiction ,this article has analyzed outsourcing of core activities by Core Competence and Value Chains, and tried to make a decision . At last some practical cases are put forward to prove the analysis. |
