| 摘 要： | 介绍SCI进入中国后,我国许多科研机构、大学管理部门把SCI作为我国科研绩效评价工具。针对SCI评价的局限性，从模式识别理论视角，应用线性判别分析(LDA)理论重新客观全面地评价了SCI收录情况，建立科研成果SCI评价模型。该模型将不同学科期刊的影响因子和论文被引用次数进行修正，并从这两个维度综合评价科研成果,对传统SCI评价方法进行探索和改进。

| Abstract: | Many departments of Chinese universities and institutes take SCI as a tool for the re search achievement assessment after SCI entered China. Considering SCI has its own limitation, from the perspective of pattern recognition theory,this article re-describes the SCI evaluation system objectively and roundly, and also offers a LDA (Linear Discriminant Analysis)-based scientific researches evaluation model. In the model, the SCI journal impact factors in different disciplines and SCI citation numbers were further corrected, and the evaluation of scientific researches is synthetically evaluated in this two dimensions. In this way, this article means to make meaningful explorations and also improvements for the traditional SCI evaluation model. |
