| Abstract: | Corporate enterprises run the risk of not the management,but the finance in the end.CFO,as a finance supervisor in corporate enterprises,ought to be concerned about the financial risk of his enterprise.From the perspective of financial risk in a broad sense,this paper makes a probe into how a CFO can face the financial risks and defuse crisis in order to reduce the damage of risk to his enterprise. |
