| 摘 要： | 我国国家助学贷款自1999年推行以来,使为数不少的成绩优秀但家庭经济困难的大学生顺利完成了学业。但其中也出现了一些问题。要改变这种状况,国家助学贷款必须在明确社会责任、完善金融风险化解机制和完善信用制度的和谐社会状态基础上才能正常运行,发挥其应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Since government assisting loan from 1999,it has helped great deal of the college students complete their studies successfully,who are outstanding but with domestic economics difficulties.But a few problems appeared among it,many impoverished college students become helpless and disappointed when they are in front of the assisting loan.To change this situation,the country assisting loan can be regularly operated and play the role which it should have based on the clear social responsibility,the perfect finance risk melting mechanism,the perfect credit system and harmonious social condition. |
