| 摘 要： | 先秦时代阴阳、五行、八卦之间的文化互动,融合形成一个中华民族文化的雏形后,继而又与儒、释、道进行了广泛接触.三元文化彼此跨越自身的疆域进行跨文化的互动,其互动和交融是中国历史上最辉煌,也是人类历史最有成效的跨文化融合.它们的融合对中华民族传统体育产生极其深刻的影响,使中华民族传统体育表现出独特的、突出的特色--大一统的民族性、中和灵活的融合性、含蓄退隐的竞争性、生动形象的艺术性、修身养性的人文性等特征.

| Abstract: | The cultural exchange and integration between Yin and Yang, the five elements and the Eight Diagrams in the early Qin Period lead to the rudimentary form of the Chinese national culture and then there appears the broad interaction among the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. On the basis of inheriting the cultural tradition of early Qin Period, the three cultures surmount their own cultural boundaries and engage themselves in cultural interaction and their interaction and integration is the most splendid and effective cross - cultural integration in the Chinese as well as the human history. Their integration exerts a profound influence on Chinese traditional sports and endows the latter with such unique and outstanding characteristics as the national character of broad unification, integration with equilibrium and flexibility, tolerance in competition, vivid artistry and the humanistic character of cultivating oneself through mediation. |
