| 摘 要： | “木桶定律”是对“人的全面发展”内涵的片面认识和理解。其反定律——“反木桶定律”蕴含着丰富的现代教育思想,包含着对学生人格的尊重,对个体差异的关注,以及对个性发展的追求。多元智力理论是“反木桶定律”的立论基础,扬长迁移则是其教育原则。
