| 摘 要： | 目前全国文化信息资源共享工程已在山西全省范围内建成7 940个基层站点,我省基层站点的服务模式有3种,卫星接收模式、宽带PC模式和宽带机顶盒模式。现已利用宽带机盒模式即IPTV开辟"山西省文化信息资源共享工程频道",对各远程站点提供视频点播服务。截至2007年6月底,省分中心向农村党员现代远程教育累计输送、更新资源量近4TB,既节省了资金、又操作简单、便于管理、维护简便。在2010年前,我们计划建成或完善30 123个文化共享工程基层服务站点的拓展型改造。在未来的几年中,文化信息共享工程山西省分中心要以坚持自建为主,与其他单位合作建点为辅的发展方针,逐步完善省分中心的硬件及软件设备,形成有序有效的分级管理服务体系,完善共享工程服务网络,加强资源的建设,建成山西省资源库,尽最大的努力推动山西省文化资源共享工程建设更加深入发展。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project of Shanxi Province has established 7 940 grass-roots web-sites in the scope of the whole province.There are three service patterns: One is satellite receiving pattern;the other is PC pattern;another is IPTV pattern.Now,we have developed the specialized channel of Shanxi Province Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project with IPTV,which offers the video service on demand for each long-range website.Up to the end of June 2007,we have transported and updated resources about 4TB.The advantages of adopting this kind of pattern lie in its economization,simple operation,easy management and convenient maintenance.Before the end of 2010,we plan to establish or perfect the extended transformation of 30 123 grass-roots websites.In the coming few years,we must mainly insist on self-building,and cooperating with other units at the same time.At last,we could perfect the equipments of hardware and software and form orderly effective management system.We also should perfect service network and reinforce resources construction to establish resources storehouse of Shanxi Province.We will make great effort to promote the Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project construction of Shanxi Province to go deep into development. |
