| 摘 要： | 适应经济社会发展和高校自身内涵提升的新要求，高校党建工作正面临诸多新形势与新挑战。高校党建必须以科学理论为根本指导，以服务大局为根本原则，以立德树人为根本任务，以健全制度为根本保障，全面提高科学化水平，为高等教育事业的科学发展提供坚强有力的政治保证、思想保证和组织保证。

| Abstract: | To adapt to the new requirements of economic and social development and the improvement in its connotation,party construction in universities is facing many new situations and new challenges. Party construction in universities should base on the scien- tific theory as the fundamental guide,serve the whole as the fundamental principle,en- hance the system as the basic guarantee and comprehensively improve the scientific level to provide the powerful political,ideological and organizational guarantee for the scien- tificdevelopment of higher education. |
