| 摘 要： | 通过对徐州高校800名大学生的网络伦理素质的实证调研,发现大学生网络伦理素质整体水平不高,主要表现在网络伦理意识较差、网络伦理行为失范、网络道德判断弱等方面。基于调查研究,本文提出塑造大学生的网络伦理人格、提高大学生的网络自律意识、强化大学生的网络责任意识、培养大学生的网络伦理情感、养成良好的网络伦理行为习惯、树立良性网络伦理关系等等应对措施来培育大学生网络伦理素质。
