| 摘 要： | 研究型教学是以学生作为教学主体,把研究、教学以及学习有机整合在一起,对学生各方面的能力进行培养和训练。本文总结了组织行为学研究型教学的具体实践方法,并对组织行为学研究型教学的教学效果进行了调查。调查结果表明：学生普遍比较喜欢这种教学方式,认为研究型教学可以培养自己发现问题、创造性解决问题等方面的能力;但同时,学生也承认这种教学方式给他们带来了比较大的学习压力。
