矮杨梅的光合作用及耐荫性研究

摘    要:对贵州矮杨梅叶片叶绿体希尔反应活力和叶绿素含量的测定,并对其光合作用特征进行了初步的探讨。其结果表明:矮杨梅为耐荫植物,对六盘水市杨梅市杨梅乡野生矮杨梅植物种群生物量测定表明:矮杨梅生物量主要在地下部位积累,鲜重的根冠比(R/T)范围2.89-32.8,平均10.8;干重的根冠比平均为9.7。

Abstract:The present article aims to determining the activity of Hill reaction and the Myrica nana's chloroplast.The research indicates that the Myrica nana is shade tolerant plant.Moreover,an investigation of the biomass to the natural Myrica nana at Yangmei township in Liupanshui city shows that its biomass exists in the under-ground part and the ratio of the fresh root to top(R/T)is between 2:89 and 32.8,the average 10.8;while its average dry R/T is 9.7.
