| 摘 要： | 高职教育校企深度合作主要体现在多主体的结合、多要素间的动态互动以及高职教育本质属性上,而文化共融为高职校企深度合作提供了强大动力。加强高职院校和企业的文化定位、重视师资队伍建设以及实现双证融通的体制机制革新,是实现高职院校与企业文化共融的有效途径。
