| 摘 要： | 对河南省10所中等职业学校德育课程开设和实施情况的调查显示,中职德育教学存在课程资源匮乏、课堂师生互动不充分、德育师资素质不高、社会实践较少等问题。中等职业学校进行德育课程改革必须要从解决实际问题入手,统筹各类资源,统一德育管理制度,坚持职业化的方向,形成全新的中等职业学校德育课程体系。
