| 摘 要： | 体制内优秀搏击运动员退役后转型军事院校教员,不仅是对自身身份的再探索,同时也会为军校教学人才库注入新鲜血液。随着新时期军校教学改革的推进,对军校教员提出了更高要求,搏击运动员因其自身的一些短板在转型发展的道路上面临诸多问题。本研究采用SWOT分析模型,就优秀搏击运动员自身的优势、劣势及外部的机遇进行整合,从而提出搏击运动员转型军校教员后的一些发展策略,以期为更多优秀搏击运动员重塑职业提供参考。

| Abstract: | Outstanding kickboxers within system transferring into trainers in military schools are not only a re-exploration of their own identities,but also a way for adding fresh blood for educational talents in military schools.With the promotion of educational reform in military school in new era,there is higher requirement on its trainers,and problems also emerge in the transferring path of kickboxers due to their own shortcomings.Through SWOT analysis,this paper sorts out strength,weak ness of the outstanding kickboxers,and com bines them with the external opport unity and threats.Developme nt strategies for its transformation have been proposed,aiming at offering reference for their career transition. |
