摘    要:关怀理论为洞察乡镇中心幼儿园教师专业发展提供重要的理论支撑。乡镇中心幼儿园教师专业发展存在幼儿教师专业信念不坚定、专业知识不扎实、专业能力欠缺和专业自我尚需完善等诸多困境。根据关怀理论,乡镇中心幼儿园教师专业发展应当采取提高乡镇中心幼儿园教师待遇、丰富培训方式、拓展教师专业能力以及提升教师职业认同感等措施。

Predicament and Outlet of Professional Development of Kindergarten Teacher in Township Centers from the Perspective of Caring Theory

Abstract:Caring theory provides important theoretical support for insight into the professional development of kindergarten teachers in township centers.There are many difficulties in the professional development of kindergarten teachers in township centers,such as the lack of professional belief,professional knowledge,professional ability and professional self-perfection.Affected by the caring theory,measures such as improving the treatment of township central kindergarten teachers,enriching training methods,expanding teachers’professional ability and enhancing teachers’professional identity should be taken to improve the professional development of township central kindergarten teachers.
