论教学治理机制及治理策略

摘    要:推进教学治理体系和治理能力现代化是教育治理现代化的根本举措,也是聚焦全面深化教育改革,提高教学质量的重要途径。需要在教学理念、内容、方式、评价、反思、管理等方面进行教学治理,以建构有效的教学治理机制,瞄准、精确、科学治理,在创新、协调、发展、绿色、共享治理策略下,不断激活教学能量,提高教学效益。

Abstract:Promoting teaching governance system and the modernizing governance ability is a basic measure formodernizing educational administration.It is also an important way to deepen educational reform in an all-round way and improve teaching quality.Teaching governance should be carried out in teaching concepts,teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,reflection, and management,so as to construct effective mechanismsfor teaching governance and achieve targeted,precise and scientific management.We should adopt the strategies of innovation,coordination,green development and sharing to continuously stimulate teaching energy and improve teaching efficiency.
