| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems such as too many incidents in 400 meters obstacle training ocuring in the military grass- root units and the lack of scientific methods,combining the training regularity with the characters of the general physical education and applying the relative analysis,the authors makes the further study of the training methods and the training patterns of 400 meters obstacles to achieve good results in the training and realize the scientific training. |
