| 摘 要： | 运用探究学习方法，在体操教学中有效地设置探究环境和氛围，变无关刺激干扰为探究诱因，引起学生的自主探究欲望，激发学生的学习热情，吸引学生在课余时间主动学习体操动作技术，从而有效地增强教学效果和提高教学质量。
