| Abstract: | The standardization of undergraduate management is necessary for heightening the educational level,ensuring the school order and the healthy development of undergraduates.It is also a requisite requirement of the legal society.The objects in the management are human beings and the purpose of the management is to cultivate high-quality human beings.Therefore,humanistic spirit should be merged into the management and humanistic concern be its ultimate aim. |
