论电视节目的市场化问题

摘    要:我国的电视节目交易虽已步入市场化运作,但与西方发达国家相比,我国的电视节目市场还只是个雏形.为促进我国电视节目市场的完善与繁荣,必须建立电视节目的市场化运作体系,促进电视节目交易市场进一步市场化;逐步实现制、播、销三者之间的分离;大力打击电视节目盗版行为,建立电视节目市场交易的法律体系;建立真正意义的、独立核算、自负盈亏、以制片人为中心的制作公司;加大电视产业的兼并重组力度,把我国电视产业做大做强.

Abstract:Although china's trade on TV programmes has marketized,it still is in embryonic form compared with western developed countries.In order to promote the prosperity of our market of TV programmes,we should construct the marketization operating system of TV programmes,realize the separation of producing,broadcasting and selling.What's more,we should object to the piracy and set up a producer-oriented production company with dependent business accounting,which assumes sole responsibility for its profits and losses.And the annexation and recombination of TV industry should be extended and tightened.
