| 摘 要： | 通过对优秀运动员教学现状和人本主义学习观的分析，结合优秀运动员的特点，认为人本主义学习观对优秀运动员的文化教学有一定的启发，它要求更新教学观念、改革传统教学模式、创造良好的教学氛围、做好教学内容的创新以及培养优秀运动员自我学习的能力。

| Abstract: | With the analysis of the current teaching situation of elite athletes and the learning view of humanism and with the combination of their characteristics, it was thought that the learning demands to upgrade the teaching idea, reform the traditional teaching mode, create the good teaching atmosphere, innovate the course content and cultivate their self-study abilities. |
