| 摘 要： | 当前我国的城乡收入差距已明显过大，而导致城乡收入差距过大的原因有近些年来我国过于重视经济增长效率的提高，而没能兼顾公平的方面，但农村地区因人力资本投资严重短缺，致使农村人口的增收能力较小是更重要的方面。其解决途径无疑是在农村加大人力资本投资力度，尤其是加快教育扩展，这对促进经济发展，缩小城乡收入差距具有特别重要的作用和意义。

| Abstract: | The distance of the income between towns and villages is farther and farther. The reasons for it lie in the over emphasis of the increase of the economic efficiency, and neglect the rule of justice. The power of laborers is deadly short in the countryside, which leads to the inability of increasing the income. Increasing the power of laborers in the countryside and the extension of education are the ways to solve this problem, which is very significant to narrow the distance between towns and villages. |
