| 摘 要： | 传统的电子医疗文书缺乏法律效能,各级医院都面临着如何实施电子签名的难题.通过比较基于公钥基础设施和基于身份的两种公钥密码系统结构,针对电子医疗文书的数字签名问题,给出了基于身份的电子医疗文书签名体系及其数字签名算法.

| Abstract: | The traditional electronical medical documents lack legal effect, and therefore, hospitals at all levels are facing the problem of how to carry out the electronical signature. This paper aims at compa- ring the differences between the PKI - based configurations and the identity - based configurations, and proposes an identity - based signature system and digital signature for electronic medical documents so as to solve the problems that have existed in digital signature for electronical medical documents. |
