| 摘 要： | “巴”作为一个地理区域在秦统一前后的行政机构辖制中被分解得颇为复杂。秦在巴地设置郡县有其现实因素、民族政策、军事意图等多方面原因，其所设置的巴地郡县在以后又发生了多次变迁，这些变迁与秦王朝的实际决策是分不开的。

| Abstract: | Pakistan around took a physiographic region unifies in Qin thead ministrative machinery to control is decomposed is quite complex.This article thought Qin has its realistic factor,the national policy, the military intention in the Pakistan establishment prefectures and counties and so on the various reason,and attempts through to the Pakistan prefectures and counties vicissitudein spection,explains under these reason influences the actual policy-making effect. |
