| 摘 要： | 介绍基于LabVIEW和声卡的机床噪音测试分析系统的实现技术,通过软件编程实现噪声信号的读取、记录、实时分析、A计权声级的测量以及远程测量等功能。通过虚拟仪器技术的应用,大大简化传统的噪声测量仪器,节约了测试系统开发的时间和成本,为高校改善实验条件,提高教学质量,提供一种新的途径。

| Abstract: | This article introduced a test and analysis system for noise of machine tool based on LabVIEW and sound card.It mainly introduced how to realize the function of noise signal reading,data recording,real-time analying,A-weighted sound level measuring,remote measuring and so on through the software programming.Through the virtual instrumentation technology application,this system can,simplify the traditional noise test instrument,save the time and the cost.It can provide a new wayfor improving the experimental condition and the quality of teaching. |
