| Abstract: | With the further development of our economic structure reform, the contradiction among manager, shareholder and society are becoming outstanding. A suitable encouraging and binding mechanisms need to be established to coordinate the relations among the three. A good mechanism can also promote the healthy devolopment of economy. |
