| 摘 要： | 党的农村基层组织是在农村全部工作和战斗力的基础，农村党支部战斗力的强弱，事关党的路线、方针、政策的全面贯彻落实和农业持续发展，农村社会稳定，农民脱贫致富的大局。笔者分析了当前农村党支部战斗力的现状及成因，提出了新形势下如何提高农村党支部战斗力的对策思考。

On Improving Countryside Party Branch's Effectiveness |

| Abstract: | Party's fundamental countryside organization is the basic of whole work and effectiveness in the countryside. The conduct of Party's route, guiding principle and policy, the continuous agricultural development, countryside stability and farmers' getting rich all depend on countryside Party branch's effectiveness. The author analyses the state and cause of the present countryside Party's effectiveness and proposes policies on how to improve Party's effectiveness under new situations. |
