| 摘 要： | 本文通过对中外优秀男子跳远运动员成绩及有关技术参数进行对比分析,得出我国男子跳远运动员应加强向上起跳的意识,从而加大腾起的垂直分速度,提高跳远成绩的结论。

| Abstract: | Through the comparision of jumping results and the related technical parameters between national and foreign elite long jumpers, the article pointed out that our male long jumpers should inforce the sense of jumping upwards, so as to increase the verticle speed of rising and improve the jumping results. |
