| 摘 要： | 随着计算机网络和通讯技术的进步，办公自动化系统在高校广泛应用，产生了大量电子文件。电子文件的归档与管理成为高校档案管理的重要组成部分。目前，高校电子文件档案管理存在诸多问题，要根据档案管理的要求和电子文件的特性做好电子文件的归档和管理。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of computer network and communication technology, the office automation system is widely applied in colleges and universities, which results in a large number of electronic documents. Electronic doeuments filing and management have been playing an important role in archive management in colleges. At present, there are many problems in the electronic document management in colleges. According to the requirements of archives management and the characteristics of electronic documents , it is necessary to keep electronic document filing and management in good order. |
