| 摘 要： | 在民用航空事业快速发展的今天，各航空公司特别注意储存和培养后备飞行人才。在培养后备飞行人才的过程中，飞行教员要担任首要任务。本文就航空公司飞行教学的特点、飞行教学可能存在的不足以及飞行教学法的应用等方面进行了详细的阐述。

During the procedure of training back - up flight personnel, flight instructor assume the lead role. This article tells in detail the flight teaching characteristics, the deficiencies in flight teaching and the application of flight teaching method. |
