| 摘 要： | 明朝洪武年间，政府的海外贸易政策经历了从开海到禁海的变化。在严格的朝贡贸易体制下，中国和外国私商突破了贸易禁令，使洪武时期的对外贸易得到了一定发展。

| Abstract: | During the Hong Wu period in Ming Dynasty,national foreign trade experienced the changing from encouraging overseas countries and businessmen to do business with China to prohibit sea trade.In the strict system of permitting only patronizing trade between governments,the businessmen of China and overseas countries break the prohibition of sea trade and promote national foreign trade to develop. |
