| 摘 要： | 分析了学生在数学建模竞赛中所暴露出的问题,探讨了数学素质在人才素质中的重要地位,提出了数学素质是人才素质最基本、最重要的组成部分的观点.就如何提高大学生的数学素质问题,提出了修订培养计划和大学数学教学的几个方面.还就"素质"一词的理解谈了一些粗浅的看法和认识.

| Abstract: | The authors analyze the shortcoming of graduates taking part in Competition of mathematics, discuss the important role of mathematics quality belong with talent quality teaching, and propose a new idea for talent quality teaching, it is mathematics quality that is a basic and crucial composition. At last, the authors focus on how to improve the mathematics quality, suggest that we should modify the plants plans and graduates mathematics teaching methods. Meanwhile, the concept of quality education is debated. |
